Customers have 28 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
In its original, unused condition
Free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear and tear
Returned with all original packaging and accessories
Unmodified and not tampered with in any way
Not installed on any vehicle
Not missing any installation tape or components
Please Note:
Custom-made products are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon directly with us prior to the order being placed.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Speedy Sleek Customs does not cover shipping fees for returned items.
Items returned that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged on arrival:
You must report the issue to us within 7 days of delivery by contacting us directly.
Claims made after this 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
To process your claim, we may request photographic evidence and a detailed description of the fault/damage.
The item must be returned to us within 7 days of reporting the issue. Failure to return the item within this timeframe will void your right to a refund or replacement.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
Custom-made or personalised products (unless previously discussed and agreed)
Products that have been installed or show signs of installation
Products with installation tape removed
Products that have been tampered with or modified
Items returned damaged, scratched, or with visible signs of wear and tear
All custom steering wheels come with the following warranties:
6 Months for LED lighting and electronic components
5 Years for the structural and build quality
Warranty claims must be reported to us with clear photographic evidence and a description of the issue. Any misuse, third-party installation, or tampering will void the warranty.
