Speedy Sleek Customs

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services and products provided by Speedy Sleek Customs, a specialist in automotive customisation. By booking a service or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the following terms.

  1. Services Offered

Speedy Sleek Customs offers a wide range of automotive customisation services, including but not limited to:

  • Full Vehicle Vinyl Wrapping
  • Vehicle Window Tinting
  • Ambient Interior Lighting Installation
  • Star Lights Installation
  • Brake Caliper Painting
  • Roof Headliner Installation
  • Alloy Wheel Refurbishment
  • Supply and Installation of Custom Steering Wheels (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Volkswagen)
  1. Bookings & Appointments
  • All services must be booked in advance, either online, via phone, or in person.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment, particularly for labour-intensive or custom work.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, material delays).
  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge or loss of deposit.
  • If you wish to reschedule, please notify us as early as possible — we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date.
  1. Payments
  • Full payment is required upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit card, or bank transfer.
  • Products such as custom steering wheels must be paid in full before customisation begins.
  1. Vehicle Condition & Responsibility
  • Vehicles must be presented to us in a clean, roadworthy condition.
  • We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, defects, or wear and tear.
  • For vinyl wrapping and paint-related work, surface imperfections may affect the final result. These will be discussed before starting work.
  1. Warranty & Liability

Speedy Sleek Customs offers the following warranties on our custom steering wheels:

  • 6-Month Warranty on LED components – covering faults in digital displays, lighting, and electrical functionality.
  • 5-Year Warranty on the build quality of the steering wheel – including craftsmanship, structure, and materials used (excluding wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage).

Important Notes:

  • Warranties begin from the date of delivery or installation.
  • Warranty claims must be supported with photos and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Any steering wheel found to be tampered with, modified, or improperly installed by a third party will void the warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Damage due to impact, accident, or improper use
    • Water or moisture damage to electronic components
    • General wear and tear or cosmetic blemishes

Speedy Sleek Customs will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund any product proven to be faulty under warranty.

  1. Custom Products & Installations
  • Custom-made items (e.g. steering wheels) are non-refundable, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their vehicle before purchase or installation.
  • Once a product is installed or modified, it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is proven to be faulty.
  1. Post-Installation Care
  • After services such as vinyl wrapping, tinting, or painting, you will be provided with care instructions. It is essential to follow these to maintain your warranty.
  • Avoid washing or exposing the vehicle to harsh elements for at least 48 hours after completion (depending on service).
  1. Damage or Loss
  • While your vehicle is in our care, we will take all reasonable precautions to ensure its safety.
  • However, we are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
  • Please remove all valuables prior to your appointment.
  1. Photography & Marketing
  • We may take photos/videos of your vehicle for our social media and portfolio, unless you specifically request otherwise at the time of service.
  • No personal information will be shared without your consent.
  1. Disputes
  • If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of completion so we can address the issue.
  • Refunds or adjustments are considered on a case-by-case basis.
